FTD^® REWARDS PROGRAM

Congratulations! As an FTD Member Florist you earn points on every dollar you spend on a variety of FTD products and services to use towards purchasing wholesale flowers.

First things first:

To create an account for FTD Flower Exchange, you will need to provide your FTD member number and email address on file with us. We will send you a username and password.

Click "Sign Up" on the homepage to get started.

Here's how it works:

Each month, FTD Member Florists earn one point for every dollar spent on purchases made through FTD, including membership, products and services. Accumulated points can be redeemed toward the cost of flowers purchased through the FTD Flower Exchange.

All FTD Member Florists are automatically enrolled in FTD Rewards. You can view your points balance once signed in to the FTD Flower Exchange website. The total will be visible in the top right-hand corner. To view a detailed point history, click on My Account on FTD Flower Exchange and then select My FTD Rewards.

As a special bonus for every $1 you spend on purchases of fresh cut flowers or plants at www.FTDFlowerExchange.com, you earn 3 FTD® Rewards points.

Each FTD Reward point is worth $.01 in value that can be applied against the purchase price of future FTD Flower Exchange purchases of fresh flowers or plants during online checkout.

Points can be used to cover up to 20 percent of a shopping cart’s product value, excluding shipping. For example, if a cart's total value is $100, points can be used to cover $20 worth of product, which is 2,000 FTD Rewards points.

Points earned will post the second business day of the following month. Points earned through FTD Flower Exchange purchases are awarded seven days after the order is shipped. Reward Points not used shall expire after 90 days from date of the award and cannot be redeemed for cash.
